What are some hairstyles I can do with my twists?

I have kind of thin twists (i think they are called soft twists) down to my shoulders and I don%26#039;t want to let it just hang down all the time, so how can i change it up a bit? Oh yeah and my hair type is black (as in african american, not the color black).
